Over this past weekend, I was actually COOKING (not via the microwave) for the first time in about two and a half years. I told you that neglecting nanowrimo writing would have me doing domestic type things while in avoidance mode. *giggle*

Anyway, sometime after my masterpiece tuna casserole, soup, and macaroni and cheese creations had me running the dishwasher multiple times, I ran across this one pot meals site.
