According to this article the Housing Bubble may have just burst (at least in some areas). I'd heard a friend mention that housing is starting to sit on the market here in what had been one of the hottest markets.

Personally I'm waiting for the prices to FALL before I reenter the market and buy real estate again. *giggle*
